Thank you for shopping with Dominic Albano Collection. 

Refunds and exchanges are only issued within 30 days of receiving the product and applies only to unused, unworn, unwashed and any damaged product. Refunds will be offered in full minus shipping costs. After 30 days, you will no longer be able to request a refund or an exchange.

As a requirement, in order to receive the refund or the exchange, you must send the initial product to us:

For exchanges, please email us at info@dominicalbanocollection.com with the style, color and size you would like to exchange with. When we receive the product, we will begin your order and send back to the returned address on your shipping label.

If there are any damages to your product, please take photos and send to us via email as proof for refund or exchange.
