FIRST SWIM DROP

In 2023, DOMINIC ALBANO COLLECTION emerged as a luxury men's underwear boutique – small selections, muted palettes, curated like art, and rooted in timelessness. Two years on, we bring that same ethos poolside: swimwear that feels less like apparel and more like a timeless photograph.

A RITUAL OF INTENTION

Our first swim drop consists of just two sculpted briefs – made from medium-to-heavy recycled polyester and high clo spandex – offering full support and coverage. A discrete metal logo tag, centered at the back, marks every piece.

THE SHADES OF SUMMER

Remaining true to our muted palette, our first swim colors are drawn from earth for summer:

Moss: a deep, muted green that feels quiet and grounded, like the floor of a forest after rain or the cool underside of stone. Earthy, tactile, and toned down, it brings weight and calm to summer's brightness.

Rust: a dark mineral reddish-brown – evoking oxidized metal, dry clay, and the richness of aged wood. It carries the warmth of sunbaked earth but leans into contrast rather than saturation.

Together, these tones honor nature's texture and the grounded, elemental palette of earth at its most refined.

QUEER & EUROPEAN SENSUALITY

Rooted in gay culture's unapologetic sex appeal and confidence, paired with European design's refined sensuality and attention to detail, these briefs celebrate the body through clean, confident lines. Whether you're basking in Los Angeles sunshine or posing on a yacht's deck in the Amalfi Coast, they move with you – quietly commanding attention

NOSTALGIC MOMENTS ON FILM

Our first swimwear campaign was captured on film – lo-fi, grainy, raw and unfiltered. Set poolside against rough, stucco-like walls, each image feels pulled from the past – familiar, but hard to place. Scanned Polaroids capture the essence of poolside summers on Fire Island, steeped in gay memory, with a subtle nod to Tom Bianchi's Fire Island Pines.

SMALL BATCHES, LASTING IMPACT

Every DOMINIC ALBANO COLLECTION drop - underwear or swim – is tightly edited so every design has its moment. Here, two silhouettes in two colors. This slow cadence turns scarcity into celebration, offering pieces that feel collectible.
